The Story

Giacomo Casanova was a famous Venetian explorer. Historical figure, his legend lends him the qualities of a seducer, hedonist and eager for discovery.
Charles de Cazanove took this paronym name to dedicate it to the Cuvée Cazanova which is a tribute the whole savoir-faire of the House.

Grape: 41% Pinot Noir, 36% Pinot Meunier &  26% Chardonnay

The Taste

The palate is gourmet and structured with a very fruity finish.

The nose is rich and expressive with notes of red fruits (blackberry and cherry).

The colour is sparkling pink.

Pairing: aperatif, fresh and fruity desserts with vanilla.

Ideal serving temperature : 8-10°C
