Til this day, a family owned winery, where 6 generations of winemakers have, year after year, kept the traditions alive and used their family knowledge to make a champagne of finesse and excellence.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Aging time on lees: 3 years

Color: Bright intense raspberry

Nose: This Rosé has a nose of red berries and crushed strawberry. After aeration, the nose reveals greedier notes, evoking pastries and vanilla aromas.

Taste: In an indulgent structure, the mouth is full and bodied as aromas persist to give a very long and pleasant finish.

Foor pairing: This Rosé champagne of great roundness and subtly sweetened by notes of red berries, will perfectly go with macaroons, marzipan and nutty pastries.
