The Story

Grapes: 95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc

Colour: deep ruby red

The Taste

Intense, exhaling aromas of blackcurrant, violet, fresh plums and Morello cherries. Together with a sprinkle of Madagascar black pepper. Creamy texture coats the flavours of freshly picked forest berries and black cherries, mixed with vanilla hints.

Food pairing: Perfect with red or white meat  such as roast duck, cornish hens, roast chicken, porn tenderoin, pork shops and soft cheeses such as Morbier, Couda or goat cheeses like Crottin de Chavigol. Avoid Roguefort and arguably Camembert. Also good with pizza and barbequed foods
