The Story

Alsina Sardà’s family-owned wine house has a modern technology as an important tool: the raw material, grape itself, is the most important foundation for them to rely on.
When preparing their cava, they pay much attention to the ability of the wine to develop positively itself while staying in a bottle. Before reaching the store shelves, the wines await their ideal maturity in a dark and cool underground cellar, where there are all the conditions to make a cava of great quality!
