The Story

Demaria Bartolomeo is a very small Italian family-owned winey, who only has 4 hectars of land in total. This makes every single vintage special, as all wines are made in limited quantities and with great knowledge and commitment.

The Taste

Color: Garnet red with a ruby glow.

Nose: Frank, intense and persistent. Reminiscent of mature red fruits, violets, wild flowers and the Roero grape.

Taste: Warm, full, velvety and very persistent.

Goes well with: Red meat like pork, lamb and beef, as well as heavy cheeses and traditional Piemontese cuisine.

Serving temperature: Perfect at 19-20 degrees C
