This wine is simply made for pleasure.

Taste

It is recommended to use a slightly wider white wine glass and moderate serving temperatures (10 – 12 ° C), to discover the true aromas and its versatility. The wines are amazing by itself as well as an elegant companion for the food.

Food recommendations: Veal schnitzel, fresh cheeses (try goat cheese with honey) or recipes with vegetables in any form. Steamed fish on a bed of vegetables and a creamy sauce is also a nice combination with the subtle fruitiness in the wine. Last but not least: Enjoy the glass of wine by itself for all occasions!
