The Story

This wine comes from Valencia, region of Spain. D.O. Valencia Vineyards are planted on fairly flat ground. The soil is brown with high limestone content, healthy and permeable although low in organic content. Continental climate with cold winters and frequent extreme summers give singular wines. Fermentation at a controlled temperature then the wine is aged in oak barrels. It rests in bottle to ensure a complete harmonised maturation.

The Taste

Bright yellow in color. It presents a complex and intense aroma of green apple, peach, citrus and tropical fruits on a floral background. Its taste is powerful and fresh thanks to its long acidity. This wine is complete, elegant and rich in sensations.

Food pairing
Perfect to combine with Seafood, Fish, White Meats and Rice Dishes.

Serve between 8°C and 12°C
