The Story

Til this day, a family owned winery, where 6 generations of winemakers have, year after year, kept the traditions alive and used their family knowledge to make a champagne of finesse and excellence.

Grape: 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier & 1/3 Chardonnay

Aging time on lees: 3 years

Color: Bright yellow with light golden reflections

Nose: The nose offers aromas of white fruits and honey, followed by notes of maturity and apricot.

Taste: The mouth is creamy, yet fresh, and of a beautiful density. It allows the aromas to express themselves completely to give this champagne a perfect harmony. The bubbles are fine and persistent.

Foor pairing: The Brut Reserve is an every moment champagne. Perfect in “aperitif” , it will please those who will like to keep it on the table to accompany the meal.
