The Story

Ribote is a small family-run company that comes from a centuries old tradition. All production is fully organic and sustainable, and as much as possible is done by hand, in respect to the grapes and wines. As a result, all wines in Ribote range are earthy, honest and genuine.

Vineyard age: 50 years old
Color: Dark ruby red
Aromas: Intense and persistent, with a delicate hint of cherries

Food pairing: Perfect to enjoy with meaty main dishes and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: Leave the bottle at room temperature a few hours before serving, serve a few minutes before opening the bottle.
