Aroma: Exotic fruit onthe nose. Delicate mango punctuated with peppery notes reaching out of the glass.

Palate: Mouth-filling dense and velvety fuit with a descrete backdrop of Bourbon vanilla. On entry – the richness and concentration of perfectly ripe sauvignon grapes from venerable old vines. Mid-palate a superb almost iodine salinity lifts and gives backbone, lending a tension and sparkle that resonate ’til the end. You will want for nothing more… than another glass of this luxury.

Food pairing: All on its own, this big-hearted, complex wine is an intense epicurean delight. With the best of fish and fowl – it is ideal. And is also a perfect companion for rich dishes such as foie gras or veal sweetbreads.
