This Sauvignon Blanc is bright green pale in colour.

The Taste

At nose, young and attractive fresh fruit such as citrics and grapefruit, also some tropical aromas as pineapple with some hints of mineral notes. The palate is fruity with a juicy attack, fresh body and clean finish. Tasting Notes – Cristalline aspect and green pale colour. Fresh fruit such as pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, lime, white peach, melon and pear together with mineral notes. Pineapple aroma.

Ideal serving temperature at 10-12°C

Excellent with seafood, salads and sushi.
